The MP44 Elite 3 gives maximum safety and comfort for medium to large cars. Featuring an asymmetric tread pattern, with a compact closed outer shoulder, the MP44 has the ability to withstand increased lateral forces. This returns excellent handling and cornering characteristics. Stiff circumferential ribs also increase the tread stability giving excellent steering precision. Wide circumferential grooves combined with an open inside shoulder help disperse water quickly giving increased protection against aquaplaning.
In the segment of summer HIGH PERFORMANCE tyres for middle and upper medium range cars. Compare to its predecessors MP 42 Elite 2 and MP 43 Aquilla Evo, the asymmetrical tread pattern MP 44 Elite 3 brings improved properties in the area of handling, safety on wet and dry surfaces, comfort and life. The tyre MP 44 Elite 3 has been developed for medium (D-Segment) and large size (E-Segment) cars, where achieves short braking distances on both wet and dry roads and high grip when handling. There will be available in 34 sizes of 15” and 16”, from width of 185 millimetres to maximum width of 225 millimetres. The tyres will be approved for speeds category “T” to 190 km/h (118 mph), “H” to 210 km/h (131 mph), “V” to 240 km/h (149 mph), “W” to 270 km/h (168 mph).
